Any person or entity (companies, associations, societies, organizations) who buys food, buying an appliance, clothing, car, or simply requires service of utilities, is a consumer.
A consumer has rights and obligations.
When a consumer feels cheated, or feel that the other party does not comply with its agreement before purchase, there are associations that are willing to advise.
Keep in mind that are not considered consumers who acquire, store or use goods or services for integration of production processes, processing or marketing.
These associations are scattered throughout the country, the right would then consumers will find them and provinces with a link to the associations.
